Man my sleep patterns are so fcked.. iono whats going on!
i was hella tired 2 days ago and tired sleeping at 11.. ended up rolling around for a few hours and then waking up at 7..! then yesterday.. slept at 1:30 but i took a 3 hr nap so usually thats ok.. but i was EXHAUSTED by 1:30 pm.. so i tooked a nap TODAY at 7:00 pm..and woke up at 10:00 pm o.o… and nowww.. i prob...
