“it’s complicated”
I was talking to my aunt today about relationships and stuff and it’s really so true. younger people always explain shit as being complicated but in reality we are the reason shit gets complicated. we always find ways to make shit more complex than it really needs to be. things are always a yes or a no. if it’s a maybe it shouldn’t be even worth your time
when we are unhappy we blame others but it’s actually our fault we don’t take charge.

On the contrary, shit can be complicated beyond our control; I know enough people with complicated relationships to back that up. What if a relationship is going fine but you are forced to break up because your parents are making you choose between then and ur loved one, or what if its because of distance, or what if it was because of religion or your daily mood swings about your future with a person? What if being in that relationship is what is making you happy and the unhappiness is because of the external problems? Then by taking charge you lose a piece of that happiness…
